Today is one of my favorite people's birthdays! Not only is it Emily's birthday, it's her 30th birthday!!! I wish I could be there to celebrate but unfortunatley I live 900 miles away. But, I promised Emily that I would bake her a birthday cake and eat it for her. Chocolate with peanut butter frosting was her request so here it is! Love you Em!
